When will my order be processed? Every order is processed within 24 hours.
What is the shipping time? Shipping speed depends on how far you live from New York. If you live on the West Coast, expect around 4 business days. If you live in the Midwest or Southeast, around 3 business days. The closer you are to New York, the quicker your jewelry will arrive in your mailbox.
What is the return policy for Bling Bijou?Bling Bijou accepts returns within 14 days. Please initiate the return with support@blingbijou.com.
What is the exchange policy for Bling Bijou? Exchanges can be made only if the item is in brand new condition and can be resold upon receipt. The buyer will have to pay for shipping for exchanges.
What happens if the order is lost or stolen during shipping? If the order is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS. All packages are insured with $100.
How long does it take to process a refund? The refund will be processed within 24 hours, but it may take up to 5 business days to reflect on the customer's end. Our payment provider is in charge of the refund timeline. This is something we cannot control.
